All sales are final.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to item availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • No stains, odors, or damage

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanges

If you received the wrong item or wrong size, we’ll fix it at no cost.

Sanctify is not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, or damaged packages once shipped.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first.

International (Canada) Shipping

  • Delivery times and customs processing may vary

  • Duties and taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility

  • Sanctify is not responsible for international packages that are lost, delayed, or rejected due to customs
